The current terms and conditions of sale (www.toolsbdshop.com) apply to all products sold to you and override any previous terms or any general or specific terms set by the customer.

Every business has its own set of rules, and we are no exception. We kindly request that all customers read our “Terms & Conditions” carefully to maintain a positive relationship between us and our customers.

We are not the official distributors of most of the products we sell. We purchase each product from official distributors and then resell them.

Warranty Policy:

Different products come with different warranties and rules, which we specify before the purchase or at the time of delivery. However, for products covered by a warranty, we are obliged to provide solutions within the specified period if any issues arise. Sometimes, after-sales services may change. For example, if a product is marked as not eligible for any warranty or support after sale, no warranty will apply once the product is delivered. In such cases, customers are advised to place their orders only after fully understanding the terms.

Warranty does not apply if the problem is due to customer error or device-related issues. We request that customers fully understand the specific rules for each product before ordering. Any comments outside the mentioned rules after purchase will not be accepted.

Warranty Support:

During the warranty period, we are ready to provide support from 10 AM to 10 PM. However, under challenging circumstances, there may be delays, and we ask for your cooperation and patience.

For products covered by warranty, if you follow the specified rules (which will be clearly stated before and after purchase), we are committed to providing after-sales service. Additionally, if you encounter any issues with the service or need help understanding it, we also offer remote support through Teamviewer, Anydesk, or Google Meet.

We understand that customers purchase subscriptions for important tasks. Therefore, we always strive to ensure quick support in case of any issues. Since these are online subscriptions, there may be slight delays in support during challenging circumstances. In such cases, we may require a minimum of 1 hour and up to 24 hours to resolve the issue. Customers should be prepared to allow this time and order the product with patience in mind.

Delivery:

As we provide digital services, all products are delivered via email, Messenger, or WhatsApp. Therefore, no separate delivery charge applies. However, for physical product delivery, a charge will apply.

Please ensure that the correct address (email, Messenger, or WhatsApp) is provided for product delivery. If an incorrect email is provided, please contact us for assistance.

Product delivery time may range from a minimum of 1 hour to a maximum of 24 hours. Please be aware of the delivery time before placing an order.

Order Cancellation or Replacement:

You may only cancel your order if Tools BD fails to deliver your desired product. Once again, you may cancel your order only if we are unable to deliver, and not for any other reason.

You may choose a replacement product or request a refund. When selecting an alternative product, it must match the value of your originally ordered product.
