Refund Policy
Purchase:
As we sell digital products, you will need to make the payment first to receive the product. If you have any trust issues, we recommend that you carefully check our community, website, and page before making a decision.
Generally, we deliver the product instantly after payment. However, for some products, it may take a minimum of 1 hour and up to a maximum of 24 hours.
Refund Policy:
Once a product is delivered, no refund will be provided. To reiterate, no refund is applicable after the order is confirmed or the delivery is confirmed. A refund will only be issued if we fail to deliver the product.
If any issue arises with a product after purchase, we will provide full warranty support. However, some products have a specific time limit for warranty claims, and if this time limit is exceeded, we will not be able to offer warranty support. Additionally, if any rules provided at the time of delivery are violated (such as policy violations), we may also be unable to provide warranty support.
If warranty replacement is not possible for your product or account, you may choose another product from our website. However, you can only choose one replacement product. Please note that we do not offer any money-back guarantees on any of our products.
Exchange:
If we fail to provide a product, we are obligated to offer a refund of the same amount or another product of equal value.
You cannot exchange one product for another after using it for some time. However, if someone informs us within 12 hours that they mistakenly purchased the wrong product and wishes to exchange it, we will do our best to accommodate this request. That said, we have encountered very few issues with any of our products, and if there are problems, we generally cover them under warranty.
