Delivery Policy

All our products are digital. Nothing is shipped, and there is no delivery charge.

Most orders are delivered within 30 minutes to 6 hours after the payment is verified. Each product page states its own delivery time; where it differs, the product page applies.

Support hours are 11 AM to 1 AM. Orders placed outside those hours are processed when support opens.

When an item is ready we email you. For your security the delivery details are not sent by email: sign in and open the order to see them. Your email address must be verified first.

Products that are delivered from key stock are released automatically the moment the payment is verified.

We prepare an order once the wallet number and Transaction ID you entered match a payment we received. If they do not match, we tell you why and you can submit the details again from your order page.

If an order takes longer than the time stated on the product page, message us on WhatsApp with your order number. Some products depend on their provider and can take longer at busy times.

Please ensure that the correct address (email, Messenger, or WhatsApp) is provided for product delivery. If an incorrect email is provided, please contact us for assistance.

Where a product is activated on your own email address, enter that address correctly at checkout. Check your order page and your inbox after ordering.

If we cannot deliver the product you ordered, you can choose a replacement of the same value or a refund, as the Refund Policy describes.

An item is delivered when its delivery details appear on your order page and its status shows "Delivered". Each item in an order is delivered on its own, so one item can be ready before another.
